Dry Needling
Dry needling involves specialized treatment and involves inserting thin, sterile needles to untangle tight and sensitive areas in the muscle, called myofascial trigger points. They arise as a result of using these areas excessively, a bad posture or injury and can be very painful. They may lead to local pain and the pain experienced in other parts of the body when left untreated.
When we insert needles into these trigger points we provide a micro-injury. This influences circulation, creates less pain sensitivity and initiates the natural healing process of your body. The yield is that this relieves muscle tension quickly and facilitates movement.
Dry needling comes in particularly handy when your muscles contract making your body incapable of movement or exercise. It leads to less stiffness and increased ease of movement and often with only one session.

Fast Relief and Better Performance
We often use dry needling for problems like neck and shoulder tightness, back pain, tension headaches, hip and glute pain, calf cramps, and sports-related muscle fatigue. It’s also ideal for active individuals who experience tight muscles that don’t respond to stretching or massage.
Most people feel quick relief from pain and tightness. Some mild soreness after treatment is normal, but this usually fades within a day. The treatment is safe, fast, and well-tolerated.
In our clinic, dry needling is not used alone. We combine it with manual therapy and custom exercise programs to give you long-term results. This approach helps you move better, recover faster, and perform at your best whether you’re returning to sport or just trying to move with less pain and more confidence.
