As the dedicated Hygienist for the orthodontics patients, Michaela’s primary focus is on helping her patients improve their dental hygiene, and maintain clean, healthy teeth and gums, while they achieve the bright, beautiful smiles they want.
Working closely with the orthodontics team allows her to incorporate orthodontic considerations and supportive therapies during treatment. From patient education to oral health assessments, Michaela plays a pivotal role in the outcomes of orthodontic treatment, as she has a unique and frequent opportunity to impact her patients’ oral health while they undergo treatment.
Often told she has ‘soft hands’, she is a typical ‘Saffa’ who loves to chat and laugh with her patients and they, in turn, enjoy the easy-going, cheerful atmosphere in her clinic.
