Claire is an experienced and highly qualified physiotherapist who graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire in 2010. Since then, she has built a broad clinical background working in both UK hospitals and private practices, as well as in the UAE across clinics and military healthcare settings.
After relocating to the UAE in 2014, Claire expanded her clinical reach, working in musculoskeletal outpatient settings and offering care to diverse populations, including military personnel. She has provided acute injury management at various sporting events in both the UK and UAE, and has particular expertise in endurance sports—having supported elite athletes including Olympic triathletes, the Brownlee brothers.
More recently, Claire has undergone advanced training in Women’s Health physiotherapy. Recognising the close link between many physical complaints and women’s health issues, she has developed a deeper understanding of how to assess and treat pelvic floor dysfunction, postnatal recovery needs, and other gender-specific concerns.
As a physiotherapist, Claire plays a vital role in helping individuals restore movement and function following injury, surgery, or illness. She is trained to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and systemic conditions using evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs. She holds a master’s accreditation in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, which she uses effectively to treat conditions such as chronic pain, infertility, insomnia, stress, and respiratory issues like breathlessness. Her goal is to reduce pain, prevent further injury, and improve overall physical wellbeing.
Outside of her professional work, Claire is a keen cyclist who enjoys exploring the local area on two wheels. She also strength trains regularly and is an enthusiastic follower of sports—when she’s not participating, she’s cheering from the sidelines.
