Henriette is a dedicated and highly skilled physiotherapist who graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Oxford Brookes University, UK, in 2014. Henriette relocated to Abu Dhabi in 2022 and is excited to bring her diverse expertise to the UAE healthcare community. Originally from Norway, she leads an active lifestyle and enjoys everything from strength training and CrossFit to tennis. Her commitment to health, movement, and patient empowerment lies at the heart of her practice.

Her early training took place within the Oxford University Hospital system, where she gained valuable clinical experience across neurological, respiratory, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

After qualifying, Henriette moved to London where she worked extensively in musculoskeletal outpatient settings, both within the NHS and private sector. Her passion for sports rehabilitation led her to complete a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy and Exercise Medicine at Middlesex University, further strengthening her ability to assess, treat, and prevent injuries across active populations.

Henriette later specialised in Women’s Health at the University of Bradford, which enabled her to become a full member of the Pelvic Obstetric Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) professional network. Her advanced training allows her to offer specialised treatment for a wide range of conditions affecting the abdomen, pelvis, hips, and pelvic organs—including those related to pregnancy and postpartum recovery, menstruation, endometriosis, and menopause.

She is also trained in Clinical Pilates through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and offers both 1:1 sessions and group classes to support rehabilitation, improve core stability, and promote long-term physical wellness.
